Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

At Love My Bags, we want your shopping experience be as seamless as possible. In the event that your order is incorrect or unsuitable, you may return or exchange the items within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to attach or show us proof of purchase. All customized and/or personalized orders are NOT eligible for return and exchange if the measurements we have produced match (or +/- one inch difference for Bag Stuffers, Cushions and Bag Organizers) with the measurements you have provided to us.

REFUNDS:

We will only refund your orders if proven defective, damaged and if we manufactured your custom orders with the wrong dimensions based on the measurements you provided to us (with an allowance of +/- 1 inch for Bag Stuffers and Cushions and Bag Organizers). We will need a photo of the said damaged or defective item within 48 hours and we will immediately investigate and process the return and exchange free of charge once proven that it was mishandled by our team. We will not be liable for items mishandled and damaged by 3PLs or third party delivery companies (Lalamove, Grab, J&T, LBC, etc.). We will also not be liable for damages brought about by accidents, force majeure, rebellions, weather inclement and the like.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and work on the issue.

For Bag Organizers:

Our organizers are crafted from materials designed not to bleed or transfer color. However, in rare instances, external factors such as exposure to alcohol, perfume, other chemicals, or prolonged friction may affect the material over time.

For best results, we recommend pairing your organizer with a similar interior color—black with black interiors, red with red or burgundy, and beige or light gray with lighter-colored linings.
